HMS Saxifrage; one of the last examples of a Royal Navy sloop was built in 1917 by Lobnitz & Co. Limited of Renfrew in Scotland as the Flower-class sloop.

If placed in a good location e.g. Historic Dockyard, Dockside, Rochester, sheerness docks could be a pull to tourists in the Medway area, this would help toward getting regular trade for local businesses.
Using local businesses for the restoration and rebuilding of areas on the vessel.
Offering the hiring of the venue for special occasions such as weddings, proms, business meetings.
